Job description
Dispatch Health Management LLC seeks a highly experienced Senior Principal Engineer to lead the design and evolution of centralized, cross‑business systems supporting shared workflows across two product lines. You will code ~50% of the time, guiding cloud native infra, DevOps, and data initiatives.
You will evaluate legacy platforms, define a unified architecture, and influence buy vs. build decisions while partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
