Job description
SmartLogix is seeking a fully bilingual Senior Business Process Improvement Consultant for a temporary, full-time assignment supporting a client in the healthcare insurance industry. The role is remote with hybrid onsite in San Juan, PR and runs approximately four months from late August to December 2026.
The consultant will analyze, document, design, and improve business and technology-enabled processes across departments, using BPMN and Lean Six Sigma-inspired techniques.
