Job description
Gilbane is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead the recruitment of self-perform professionals across field leadership, superintendents, project engineers, project managers, estimators and crafts. You will partner closely with business leaders to shape divisional and national recruiting strategies and build robust talent pipelines while elevating the candidate experience.
This role may mentor junior recruiters, drive strategic initiatives, and act as an ambassador for Gilbane's employer brand.
