Humana Inc. is seeking a Solution Train Engineer (STE) to enable large-scale, cross-functional delivery across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator to align planning, execution, and outcomes across the Solution Train, coordinating with Solution Management, Product Management, and delivery teams.
