Job description
Arlo Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to own the full lifecycle recruiting function, spanning pre-award and post-award hiring. This role administers the ATS/HRIS, defines KPI dashboards, and manages vendor relationships in a remote‑first setting with periodic travel.
You will translate headcount forecasts into proactive sourcing plans, lead the TA team, and partner with HR leadership to drive workforce strategy and compliant hiring practices, including EEO/OFCCP
