Job description
Anomali, a leading security platform provider, seeks a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the customer journey from onboarding to production maturity. You will partner with analysts, directors, and CISOs, delivering QBRs/EBRs that convert technical wins into renewed and expanded business.
You will combine CTI and SecOps expertise to guide customers, monitor usage, build dashboards, and provide ROI insights while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering for ongoing value delivery.
