LeoForce is seeking a Tax Manager specializing in Private Equity to join our fully remote team. This senior-level role focuses on managing tax compliance and advisory work for PE funds, real estate vehicles, REITs, and other alternative investments.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting and an MS in Taxation, with 7+ years of public accounting experience and CPA certification. We value experience with 704c and 743b adjustments and familiarity with AI-enabled systems.
