Job description
Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for software and aerospace roles. You will partner with hiring managers and leaders to build strong pipelines, screen and interview candidates, negotiate offers, and drive fast, high-quality hires.
You will also help shape recruiting processes, leverage data, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience with People Operations. This 6-month contract may extend based on business needs.
