Job description
Allstate Insurance Company in New York seeks a Senior Trial Attorney to lead defense of bodily injury and property damage claims, coordinating mediations, arbitrations, and occasional trials. You will advise business units and collaborate with the Law and Regulation department to monitor new laws.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of litigation experience, a JD and NY Bar, and the ability to manage complex dockets while working remotely and traveling within New York for court appearances.
