Job description
A tech solutions provider is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of hands-on experience, including at least 3 years in a lead role. Responsibilities include architecting solutions that improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with client needs. Preferred qualifications include ServiceNow certifications and strong ITIL knowledge. This is a remote role with occasional travel to client sites.
