SHIV SOFTWARE EXPERTS LLC in Houston, TX seeks a Site Civil Engineer (PE) to develop site development plans, conduct analyses, and coordinate with clients and consultants. The candidate will lead CAD designers and junior staff, ensuring QA/QC and timely deliverables.
