Job description
Block, Inc. is seeking a Head of SMB Sales in North America to build and scale a high-velocity, playbook-driven sales engine for Afterpay and Cash App.
You will lead a multi-motion SMB team spanning BDR, Inbound, and Outbound AEs, and drive pipeline creation, conversion, and merchant onboarding at scale. You will shape strategy, tooling, and processes, coach frontline managers, and partner with Marketing, Finance, Product, Risk, Legal to accelerate revenue growth.
