Job description
Lyft is seeking a remote Social Media Support Specialist based in the Toronto area to be the voice of Lyft on social channels, resolving passenger and driver questions in real-time and delivering a trustworthy, effortless support experience.
The ideal candidate has strong written communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams including Product and Marketing; weekend hours may be required.
