Job description
Humana Inc is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to facilitate and enable delivery of large-scale cross-functional solutions across multiple Agile Release Trains. You will coach leaders, align business objectives with delivery, and drive continuous improvement in a remote-capable, 40-hour work week.
The role requires 3+ years of Agile leadership experience, strong facilitation skills, and experience managing dependencies.
