Job description
Humana Inc is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to facilitate the delivery of large-scale agile solutions across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). You will coach teams, manage risks, dependencies, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with business outcomes.
The role demands strong leadership, collaboration across product, architecture, and operations, and the ability to optimize flow across the solution lifecycle. This remote role offers travel occasionally and a 40-hour workweek.
