Job description
Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Remote Sous Chef to assist in menu development, supervise kitchen staff, and uphold high standards of food safety and quality. The role supports Land’s End Resort in Homer, AK with a 3-weeks-on/3-weeks-off rotation and 10–12 hour shifts, up to seven days per week. Origin is Anchorage, AK.
The position requires strong kitchen skills, adherence to recipes, and ability to work independently, with English language proficiency and a valid driver’s license.
