Job description
Rula is a remote-first company hiring a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to bring clarity, structure, and insight to our B2B growth motions.
You’ll transform high-level goals into concrete plans, models, incentives, and reporting that GTM teams can trust. You’ll partner with Sales and Revenue Operations to identify improvements, build dashboards, analyze funnel performance, forecast growth, and support planning cadences.
