Job description
Trader-Hire is looking for experienced stock and options traders to join their professional trading firm in a remote-first environment. You will use firm capital to trade across equity and options markets, benefiting from a supportive community and institutional tools.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in trading, understands risk management, and possesses a desire to grow into a consistent trader. The compensation is performance-based with profit splits between 65% and 90%, depending on your performance tier.
