Connecteam is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to oversee our most significant US-based Enterprise and Strategic customers. This fully remote role requires a proactive, consultative approach and expertise in executive stakeholder engagement.
You will drive value realization, retention, and expansion by leveraging digital transformation and adoption strategies across complex organizations, working across time zones with global teams.
