Job description
Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Project Manager to guide large, complex programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You will drive governance, risk management, and executive alignment to deliver enterprise value.
You will mentor PMs, partner with senior leaders, and establish PMO standards while coordinating resources and communications to keep initiatives on track. This remote role may require occasional travel to Humana offices.
