About the Role
Our client is actively seeking a dedicated Remote Strategy Consultant to empower Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) across South Africa . Operating entirely remotely from your location near Paarl, Western Cape , you will provide expert strategic guidance to business owners, helping them navigate growth challenges, improve profitability, and enhance market competitiveness. This role requires a versatile consultant adept at working independently and delivering high-impact solutions through virtual channels. You will play a crucial role in fostering the success and sustainability of the SME sector.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual strategic assessments of SME operations, market positioning, and financial health.
Develop tailored strategic plans, including market entry, growth, and operational improvement strategies.
Provide remote coaching and support to SME owners and management teams.
Assist clients in identifying funding opportunities and developing compelling business cases.
Leverage digital tools and platforms to deliver engaging and effective consulting services.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting , business advisory, or strategic planning, with a focus on SMEs.
Demonstrated success in helping businesses achieve strategic growth and operational improvements.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop practical, actionable recommendations.
Excellent remote communication, facilitation, and client management capabilities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
