Flourish Health is seeking an SVP of Operations to build and lead the operational organization enabling nationwide growth while preserving our care quality and culture.
You'll oversee People Operations, Clinical Operations, Licensing & Compliance, Credentialing, Patient Acquisition, and Payer Operations, ensuring we hire great people, launch care teams, enter new markets, stay compliant, and get paid accurately for the care we provide.
