About This Opportunity
CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading grocery retail organization to find a Solutions Delivery Analyst II for their technology team, based in Scarborough, ME or Salisbury/Mooresville, NC (remote considered for exceptional candidates).
This role owns technical delivery and production support for a critical point-of-sale environment supporting a 24/7/365 retail operation. You'll lead small-to-mid IT initiatives from requirements through deployment, while also serving as a go-to resource for resolving complex production issues. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants ownership, not just a ticket queue.
What You'll Do
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for assigned POS systems and applications
Lead small-to-mid IT initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment and hypercare support
Build and manage software and hardware deployment packages independently
Provide second- and third-level production support for critical retail systems
Lead root cause analysis on complex issues spanning multiple systems
Coordinate with QA, change management, infrastructure, and vendor teams on deployments and incidents
Support operational stability during occasional off-hours and weekend coverage as needed
Mentor and onboard junior team members
