Job description
Branch is reshaping the insurance hiring process with a remote-first approach and a Columbus HQ. As Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll own recruiting end-to-end, partner with executives across functions, and drive the built-in recruiting tooling and AI-enabled workflows.
You’ll also manage headcount planning and compensation in collaboration with leadership. You’ll leverage Claude for in-day sourcing, manage Ashby workflows, and build scalable processes while maintaining a top-quality candidate
