Job description
The Hillman Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to research, develop, and implement recruiting strategies that attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. You will source active and passive candidates and stay ahead of marketplace trends to advise leadership.
Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle for exempt roles, building pipelines, and driving diversity initiatives and college recruiting programs.
