Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Sr./Manager, Talent to lead talent strategy across North America. Remote work within the US is supported, with hybrid options in the overall work model. The role partners with HR and Talent teams to connect priorities across the employee lifecycle and strengthen organizational capability.
You will drive learning, succession, workforce planning, and governance for talent processes while shaping external strategy to attract top talent.
