Tanger Inc. is seeking a Tax Director to lead all tax functions for a national portfolio, including income, sales, personal property, and international tax matters. This remote USA role collaborates across geographies to ensure REIT qualification and regulatory compliance.
The position requires a MS in Taxation or JD with Tax LL.M, an active CPA license, and 7+ years of taxation experience, with ASC 740/FIN48 and JV tax exposure preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
