Job description
DiLucci CPA Firm is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee our full tax department from a remote base in Texas or Florida. You will lead the Tax Return division, perform final reviews of complex returns, and mentor a growing team to deliver accurate, timely engagements.
In this role you will shape client strategy, ensure adherence to tax laws, and implement efficient processes. The ideal candidate has a CPA, 10+ years in public accounting, and a proven track record of leadership and performance.
