Job description
YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel specializing in technology transactions for a remote, part-time contractor role. The lawyer will draft, review, negotiate, and redline MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related technology contracts; evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and risk; and provide actionable feedback to improve AI-driven contract analysis.
