$100,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Our client, a leading proprietary trading firm is seeking an exceptional Technical Operations Engineer to join their innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing and maintaining trading systems to ensure production environment stability.
Developing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Troubleshooting complex network and system issues, from hardware to in-house applications.
Collaborating with development teams to enhance system functionality and reliability.
Executing global change management frameworks for firm-wide initiatives.
Providing rotational on-call support to maintain operations continuity.
Essential Skills
Python Expertise: Exceptional proficiency in Python development for application requirements, design, and deployment.
Linux Proficiency: Strong command of Linux systems for robust operational performance.
Networking Knowledge: A solid understanding of networking protocols including DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP, and multicast.
Problem-solving: Self-motivated and passionate about addressing complex technical challenges.
