Job description
xCures, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to manage the operating system of the Customer Solutions team, coordinating between customers, our platform, and the engineers who connect them.
You will report to the Director, Customer Solutions, with a dotted line to the PMO, ensuring delivery is visible, predictable, and measurable. You will lead intake triage with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, track onboarding through go‑live, and build training and documentation to help customers
