Job description
CVS Health Corporation, through Signify Health, seeks board-certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants to perform Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans. Remote telehealth role requiring active state licensure, multi-state eligibility, and strong patient communication.
