Job description
Optum Home & Community Care is seeking a National On-Call Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner) for a remote Telehealth Urgent Care role servicing CT/RI markets. The position requires 24/7 coverage, including holidays, with a minimum 20 hours per week and every-other-weekend shifts.
