Job description
Optum Home & Community Care is seeking a National On Call Advanced Practice Clinician to provide telephonic and telehealth care from a remote location. The role demands 20 hours per week with every-other-weekend coverage and holiday rotation.
Strong emphasis on privacy, documentation, and collaboration with care teams is required. Licensed NP in CT or RI with MSN/DNP and board certification plus DEA may be required.
