Job description
Syntrillo is a digital health company focused on neurological care and stroke prevention. We are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a 100% remote role in Virginia. The position offers flexible scheduling and options for part-time or full-time (25–40 hours per week).
Requirements include an active Virginia NP license, current FNP certification (AANPCB or ANCC), and neurology or outpatient primary care experience. Additional licenses in Florida/GA/TN are a plus.
