Job description
Optum Home & Community Care is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Practitioner for a part-time, remote role requiring CT or RI licensure. This position features a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for external candidates and involves telephonic/telehealth care with after-hours coverage.
