Job description
Bestow is seeking a hands-on Total Rewards Manager to own pay, equity, and benefits end-to-end. You will set compensation benchmarks, refresh salary bands, manage equity programs, and partner with Finance, Legal, and the board.
The role blends strategy with execution on Pave configurations, equity modeling, and renewals. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-growing, distributed team environment, driving market-leading rewards programs while supporting a flexible remote/hybrid work
