Job description
Werfen is seeking a field-based professional to ensure total customer satisfaction within the installed base, performing installations, validations, verifications, and training on Werfen analyzers. The role covers Northern New Jersey, Connecticut and Upstate NY, with approximately 80% travel.
The candidate may have MT/MLT/CLS lab background and will advise on regulatory compliance, data management, and product utilization, while driving customer success and revenue growth.
