Job description
The Transplant RN Care Coordinator at Medical University of South Carolina supports transplant patient care and program operations under the Transplant Programs Manager within the Transplant Center. This role applies advanced clinical judgment, education, and evidence-based practice to promote high-quality care for transplant patients.
Initially, training is hybrid on-site in Charleston with remote training alongside a preceptor, followed by a remote work model.
