Job description
Grand Circle Corporation is seeking Remote Inbound Customer Service Agents (Travel Advisor I) to join the November 30th class. You will handle inbound calls to assist Travelers with managing itineraries and reservations from a remote location.
The role requires 2+ years in a call center and 1+ year of remote work; hardwired internet is required. Training includes a 6-week schedule, with a focus on high service standards and product knowledge.
