Job description
Excitingtravelnow is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator who loves helping travelers plan memorable trips. You will guide clients through the planning process, respond to inquiries, and ensure each itinerary receives attentive, professional support.
Working remotely, you’ll build relationships, maintain documentation, and follow company procedures while delivering consistent service. Prior customer service or admin experience is preferred, and an interest in travel is a plus.
