Job description
The Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) seeks Trial Attorneys to represent children and indigent parents in MA family regulation matters, including care and protection and termination of parental rights cases. CAFL provides essential legal advocacy with nationwide training and ongoing CLE opportunities.
Positions begin upon FY27/28 budget availability, with an anticipated start date in early September 2027.
