Job description
Optum Home & Community Care is hiring an Urgent Care RN to deliver telephonic and remote care across a flexible shift schedule from a home office. You will perform care coordination, triage, and documentation under the Urgent Care Clinical Services Manager and support multiple providers.
Requirements include active RN license and 3+ years clinical experience; additional state licensure within 6 months; dedicated home office and reliable internet; proficiency with EMR, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
