Job description
Circle is hiring a capital markets specialist to drive USDC adoption across repo and dealer ecosystems. You will engage with primary dealers, swap dealers, CCPs, and market infrastructure providers, aligning regulatory risk and delivering scalable, defensible use cases.
Reporting to the Global Head of Capital Markets, this hands-on role sits at the intersection of market structure, regulation, and product execution. Experience with crypto markets is preferred.
