Job description
Pearson is seeking a UX Team Manager to lead a group of designers focused on integrations, access management, and platform design systems. You will coach designers, define strategy, and ensure high-quality UX across a complex, multi-product ecosystem.
You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture to align roadmaps, remove obstacles, and shape the UX roadmap early in the process. This role entails balancing hands-on design with leadership and governance across multiple workstreams.
