Job description
LEE is seeking a mission-aligned Vice President, Finance and Accounting to lead all financial functions for the organization, including its 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC entities. Reporting to the Executive Director and serving on the Leadership Team, you will be the primary financial steward and accounting advisor.
The ideal candidate has deep technical accounting and FP&A expertise, will manage a two-person finance team, and will design a lean, high-performing function that supports growth
