Job description
Novastone Capital Advisors seeks an accomplished senior M&A buy-side expert to serve as VP on our Investment Team, leading the full investment cycle from offer preparation through closing. This role combines direct oversight of NCA's investment professionals with hands-on execution and is fully remote with travel as needed.
The position demands 5-7 years in PE/IB, a track record in search funds, and strong financial modelling, deal structuring, and negotiation skills.
