Job description
Real Chemistry is looking for a VP, Medical Strategy Director to lead strategic medical initiatives across brands and therapeutic areas. You’ll translate clinical evidence into actionable strategy and guide cross‑functional teams to develop compelling medical narratives.
You’ll partner with senior clients as a trusted advisor, mentor junior colleagues, help win new business, and ensure scientific rigor and strategic relevance across all deliverables.
