Job description
Empower Brands is seeking a Vice President of Operations for the Superior Fence & Rail franchise system. The role leads operational strategy, drives EBITDA, and ensures franchisee success across a national remote network.
You will coordinate with sales, marketing, and training teams, oversee budgeting, and build infrastructure to support rapid system growth while maintaining brand standards. Travel up to 50% is required.
