Job description
Urrly seeks a senior operating leader to run a 40-person Delivery/PMO, owning delivery performance, staffing, utilization, budgets, and margin. You will partner with the CEO on strategy, growth, and acquisition integration to drive revenue, profitability, and client outcomes.
You will report to the CEO and shape operating cadence, pricing, and post‑merger integration; a genuine hands-on, accountability‑driven leader is required to scale this fast-moving, relationship‑driven business.
